Meet the Owners – Dalton & Bridgett Pittman
Dalton and Bridgett Pittman are proud locals of Fentress County with a lifelong passion for strength and athletics. Both were involved in sports throughout high school, where they first developed their love for competition, discipline, and hard work. That passion eventually led them into the world of strongman, where they began competing together as adults.
Over the years, Dalton and Bridgett have competed in multiple strongman competitions across the southern United States. Their experience includes competing in Tennessee’s Strongest Man, Alabama’s Strongest Man, and USS Nationals in Dallas, Texas, along with several local shows. While they have taken a temporary step back from competing due to injuries, growing their family, and furthering their education, they fully intend to return to the competition scene in the near future.
For Dalton and Bridgett, strength is about more than competition. It’s about personal growth, discipline, and building a community that lifts each other up. They find the greatest fulfillment not just in becoming stronger themselves, but in helping others discover their own strength and confidence.
They are also the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Georgia and Olivia, who are already growing up around barbells, hard work, and the supportive culture that strength training creates. Like many in the community they serve, Dalton and Bridgett both work full-time—Dalton in HR and Bridgett in education—while continuing to pour their time and energy into the gym.
Revolution Strength began in 2021 as a small private training group run out of the Pittmans’ home gym in Grimsley, Tennessee. What started as a simple way to train with friends quickly grew into a community. The Pittmans hosted strongman event training days, coached others on lifting technique, and introduced many people to the sport of strongman for the first time. Their gym quickly became known for its equipment and training environment, now housing one of the largest collections of strongman equipment between Knoxville and Nashville.
While the new Revolution Strength facility is not intended to be exclusively a strongman gym, that background will always be part of its DNA. Members may see elements of strongman incorporated into training from time to time, along with occasional event training days for those interested in trying something different.
At its core, Revolution Strength exists for one reason: to build stronger people and a stronger community. We are so excited to serve our community and cannot wait to continue building something meaningful alongside the people we serve.
